SwanTel Landscaping was founded by Jonathan Swanson in 1994. Our professional service was expanded in 1999 when Roxane Monette joined SwanTel improving our professionalism by taking on the task of Office Manager and Customer Relations.
Our company offers professional services such as Consulting, Property Maintenance & Snow Removal, and Landscaping Construction. Over the years, our reputation has been determined by our professional service and apparel. Our equipment and fleet have consistent distinctive colors and brands. Our matching uniforms worn by all staff professionally identify our workers on job sites. Our job sites range from a town home property to substantially large federal government sites. Our company employs 12 to 24 employees year round.
We specialize in interlock construction and design and other ornamental brick and stone work, with 5-year warranty!
On a year-round basis, we offer property maintenance services to commercial, federal, industrial and condominium clients, including extensive snow removal services in the winter time, and organic lawn care in the summer.
Our equipment rentals include: Graders, Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Mini-Excavators, Dump Trucks, Salters, Plow Trucks, etc.
We offer a wide range of landscaping services, from new topsoil and sod, lawn rejuvenation, to leveling and grading; also, we design and install new gardens, and provide pruning services, and planting of trees, shrubs, cedar hedges, etc.
Ask about our fencing service, using PVC, P-T, cedar, or chain link. We design and build all types of decking as well.
